Gurgaon: A clerk based in Ghaziabad returned home from Jaipur with his friend Waylaid and Drashed by a group of young people near Honda Chowk Flyover Hero at Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway on Wednesday night.
Rohit Kumar, a resident of Vaishali Ghaziabad, claimed that two young men in the city of Honda began to pursue their white BMW and finished his female friend from Passa Krhki Daula Toll Plaza.
“I tried to ignore the two young men and continue to drive.
But they continued our tailings,” he said in complaints of his police.
After the 5km pursuit, the defendant crashed into their car to BMW near Khandsa Village.
“They finally left my sedan before the Honda Chowk Flyover hero and threw a violation to me.

Based on his complaint, FIR was registered under the IPC 279 (Rash Driving) section, 336 (endangering human life), 147 (riots), 149 (unlawful assembly) and 323 (causing injury) at the Sector Police Office 37.
