Mangaluru: Judge Basappa Balampa Candidates and the third additional session on Thursday released Journalist Vittala Malekudiya, and his father Lingappa Malekudiya, who was accused of having a bond with Maois.
On March 3, 2012, the police searched the journalist home at Killur, Belthangady Taluk on the outskirts of Kudremukh National Park and arrested them.
Advocates Dinesh Ulepady said that the police had won binoculars, food, and books about revolutionary Bhagat Singh – and a letter to the government, where Vittala had submitted a request for road construction, has called for a booty of the election.
After the house is being sought, a case is registered against the father-son duo under the IPC Sections 120 (B) and Section 19 and 20 of the law activity law (prevention) that violates the law.
Vittala and his father then spent three months in prison, during that time journalists even appeared for examination.
When in prison, several political leaders including CPI (M) Secretary General Prakash Rust visited prison.
This problem was also raised in parliament by Parla MP M Bajesh, considering Vittala said justice had won, after being released.
