Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Friday rebuked the Central Investigation Bureau once again on the Chargesheet submitted by the agency in the case of Hit-and-Run death from Dhanbad District Judge in July.
The investigation is not too easy and seems like a novel, a court said.

Chargesheet was filed last week under the 302 part of the IPC used on charges of murder.

This is the second time in two weeks that the High Court rebuked the CBI in this case.
On October 22, said that the agency seemed to have worked like a “Baby” (Registrar) while completing the probe and filed a “stereotypical” chargesheet.
The previous CBI on the occasion repeatedly convinced the court that the investigation walked in a full swing and even said that the relationship between the two was accused by several people being explored to connect it to Anand’s murder.
CCTV footage shows that the judge, anand Uttam, jogging on one side of the road that was wide enough at Randhir Verma Chowk near the early district court on July 28 when the heavy auto-rickshaw turned towards him, hit him from behind, and escaped from behind, and escaped view.
