Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Friday rebuked the Central Investigation Bureau once again on the Chargesheet submitted by the agency in the case of Hit-and-Run death from Dhanbad District Judge in July.
The investigation is not too easy and seems like a novel, a court said.
