Ranchi: The Central Investigation Bureau on Thursday told the Jharkhand High Court that Judge Dhanbad Uttam Anand, who died in a hit-and-run case, was beaten intentionally by automatic rickshaw drivers.
Uttam Anand, District and Judge-8 Court Dhanbad Session, was on the morning road on one side of the road that was wide enough at Randhir Verma Chowk in Dhanbad early on July 28 when the heavy auto-rickshaw spoke it, hit him behind and escaped from the scene .
He was declared dead by a hospital.
The Bureau of the Investigation Center Director Joint Sharad Agarwal appeared in front of the Chair of the Division of the Chairman of Dr.
Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad Online and said that the death of the judge was not an accident.
However, the conspiracy theory behind death needs to be investigated, he added.
The bench observed that the death of a judge was the first of its kind in the country and had shook the morale of the judiciary.
Time is the core of this investigation and more and more time is spent, it is more difficult to ensure the truth, the judges said.
The CBI officer said that the agency had placed his officers at work that worked all the time to uncover the truth behind the incident.
Agarwal further told the court that the automatic rickshaw driver Lakhan Sharma was a habitual actor and had committed previous cellular theft.
He has shifted from his statement and the CBI did everything to achieve the depth of this problem.
The police have taken an investigation with SSP and DGP Dhanbad ensuring the court with quick questions.
However, the government then decided to recommend an investigation against the CBI and propose the case to be taken by the body.
The CBI then took a problem on August 4 and tried to connect shared points but had not reached a major breakthrough.
The High Court has monitored investigations carried out by the CBI.
The agency has sent reports sealed to court at the investigation stage carried out in this case.
