Ranchi: Judge of the High Court Allahabad Subhash Chand has been transferred to the Jharkhand High Court on Monday.
Notifications in this case are issued by the Union of the Ministry of Law and Justice expressed the president’s approval for the transfer of Chand Justice.
Chand judge was born on January 1, 1963, and has joined Uttar Pradesh Yudicial Services on May 23, 2001.
He began his practice as a lawyer after becoming a law graduate in 1988.
The judge practiced on the civilian party in the court district in Haridwar.
He then competed for Judicial services and worked until January 2012.
After that, he was promoted to a higher justice service.
He became a district judge and session in 2016 and increased as an additional judge of the Allahabad High Court on September 16, 2020.
By joining Chand Justice, the number of judges in the High Court will be 20 years old.
