Judge HC Bombay stopped, said Pure Personal Reasons

Mumbai: Justice Dama Seshadri Naidu from the Bombay High Court was tendered in his resignation, effective August 17, quoting personal reasons.
News of his resignation surprised the lawyer.
After the HC judge placed his paper to the President, no acceptance needed.
Judge Naidu is the third resignation of HC judges in three years.
Last year, senior judge Bombay HC, Justice SC Dharmadhikari, resigned with the effect of February 15, citing the reasons for “pure personal ‘.
He said he wanted to be in Maharashtra for his family.
Before him, Chairman of Justice VK Tahilramani from Madras High Court, beforehand Chairman of the acting judge Bombay HC, resigned on September 6, 2019.
He stopped after the Supreme Court Collegium rejected his transfer request to Meghalaya as CJ.
Judge Naidu was first appointed as Judge Andhra Pradesh HC in 2013 before being transferred to Kerala HC in 2014.
He came to Bombay HC five years later.
Writing an assessment for the full bench of three judges last May, he has directed the state government to restore the cost of education and examination for “a few oppressed students” said, “We have traveled far, but not far enough.
Still access to education depends, among others, in the economic power of students.
