On Friday, Unfortunately Singh appeared before the Tis Hazari court for the trial for cases of violence in the household submitted to Him by his wife Shalini Talwar.
Sandeep Chalk, senior advocate that appeared for Talwar, told us, “Honey Singh and his parents appeared before a court on Friday.
One of the temporary help was given and on Sunday, Shalini Talwar would go to their house to collect all the items The goods, and lawyers can attend.
Two other temporary assistance will be discussed in the next hearing for home to Shalini Talwar and its interim compensation.

Magistrate Metropolitan Tania Singh called Singh and Talwar to her room and advised her.
Chalk said, “The judge tried to see if there was a chance of reconciliation or not because he had given them counseling in the room and had asked them both to think about it.”
Singh also moved applications looking for cases of domestic violence submitted against him by his wife heard on the camera.
Talwar has submitted a case below section 12 women’s protection from domestic violence laws, looking for other protection and reliefs.
On August 3, the court of Tis Hazari issued a temporary order that supports Talwar, holding Singh because of throwing away his property, Stridhan his wife (gift, moving and not moving like property, accepted by a woman in his life, such as Hindu law), etc.
The next hearing is scheduled for September 28.
