Karnal: The deadlock between farmer groups sitting in Dharna which was not limited in the Mini Karnal Secretariat and the Haryana Government ended on Saturday morning after the State ordered a judicial probe into last month’s clash between the protest of farmers and the police, promising government work to two family members from Farmers who had died and sent an IAS officer in the middle of a row of leave.
The farmers have begun on September 7, seeking Suspension of Ayush Sinha – then Karnal HR who have ordered the police to hit the farmers protest in their heads on August 28 – and work for relatives of a farmer killed because of lathicharge, between other demands.
Ten tried protesters were injured with police in Karnal on the day when they tried to march towards the location of the BJP meeting.
Sinha was caught on a recording that was said to notify the police to “break the head” of farmers if they crossed the line.
Announcing an agreement at the press meeting, Haryana Additional Secretary of the Head (ACS) Devender Singh said the state government would form a retired high court investigation committee to investigate the Episode of Lathicharge on August 28.
Singh, who was assigned by the Haryana government to resolve this problem, also stated that controversial HR would take place during leave for the next month.
Apart from this, two members of the farmer’s family who had died Sushil Kajal, who claimed farmers died of Lathicharge police, “Government work will be given about the posts imposed at the DC level”.
Farmer leader Haryana Senior Gurnam Singh Charuni, who was present during a shared direction of the agreement, then announced the end of the arrival of farmers.
Charuni said, “After the discussion, we collectively decided to end our protests at the entrance to the Mini Karnal Secretariat.
The government has received most of our demands.
Our protest against three controversial agricultural laws and BJP-JJP leaders will continue.”
