The Delhi High Court on Wednesday declared shocked at the behavior of actress Bollywood Juhi Chawla and the other two, which had not deposited the cost of Rs 20 Lakh imposed on them for the demands of the demands of 5G demands.
J.R justice.
Midha said: “The court was surprised at the Plaintiff’s behavior …
did not want to deposit costs.”
The court made this observation when hearing three applications transferred by actors who are looking for a refund of court fees, neglect of costs imposed and replacing the word “dismissed” in the assessment by “rejected”.
Chawla adviser, senior advocate met Malhotra, after attracting the application to neglect, it was conveyed that the fees would be stored in a week or ten days, or legal treatment for it would be taken.
The court told the advisor that he took a soft view while imposing the cost of Rs 20 Lakh to the applicant and did not start the insulting process.
“I was surprised …
this court took a soft view and did not issue humiliation when the case was made …
I really tended,” said Justice Midha.
Taking a strong view on the application, the court added that it certainly has the power to issue humiliation.
Chawla advisor clarified that it does not mean that costs will not be paid.
“This is my instruction that no one says they won’t do it.
I see what happens (in assessment).
I fully understand,” added advice.
Malhotra also attracted the application for a refund of court costs.
After hearing the argument, the High Court provided a week to Chawla and the other two to deposit RS 20 Lakh at a fee.
The court ordered the third application seeking complaints will be placed before Justice Sanjeev Narula after the court fee was stored and scheduled to hear further on July 12.
The high court in June has dismissed the lawsuit by Chawla and others who opposed the setting of 5G wireless networks in this country quoting health hazards due to technology.
The court has slapped the cost of Rs 20 Lakh to the applicant.
Justice Midha has described a “defective” application, “misuse of legal processes” and submitted to “get publicity”.
