Juna Akhara to launch the drive for conservation of Yamuna

Prasagraj: Although many of which were carried out in the country to save the holy river Gangga, the People of Shri Panchdasnaam Juna Akhada, one of the 13-ancient Hindu monastic orders in the country, has now decided to make an effort to preserve River Yamuna.
With this purpose, the support of the akhara forecasters in Prayagraj and other cities and other villages will be defeated.
For this purpose, the monastic order has decided to regulate the ‘Kalindi Utsav’ where the extensive river cleaning training and conservation awareness events will be launched between Karela Bagh and Bade Hanuman Temple in Prayagraj on November 14.
“This effort will be gradually enhanced to the state-level mission,” said Mahant Giri, Secretary General Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad (ABAP) and Juna Juna Protector Head Akhada.
“Yamuna is also a holy river in Hinduism.
The river is worshiped when a Hindu goddess called Yamuna, also known as Yami in the early texts, while in the next religious literature he is called Kalinindi.
In Hindu scriptures, he is a daughter of Surya, Allah Sun and Sanjna, Dewi Cloud, “Santo Senior said.
“Aimed at attracting the attention of people and the government towards the need to carry out a special initiative of Yamuna to preserve the river, the demand for building a public toilet on the banks of the river will also be raised,” Mahant Giri said.
“We want basic facilities to be developed first to preserve Yamuna, followed by people who are in a sensitive bank about the need to preserve the river and importance between Millions of Hindus.
The next step might be a strict step by collecting a fine, etc., In people pollute the rivers and banks by disposing of waste, garbage and releasing waste that is not treated into it, “he said.
Juna Akhada, the biggest of all 13 monastery orders in terms of forecasting and the maximum number of ascetic dragons, will also drive large tree plantations along the edge of Yamuna as part of this mission.
“We will involve locals who live on the banks of the river and volunteers to care for trees planted.
The saints and us in all countries will use their sermons and sermons to spread the message,” he explained.
The Deepdaan event at Yamuna Bank during the holy Kartik month according to the Hindu calendar, from October 21 to November 19, it will also be organized during the cleansing of Ghats and Bank as part of this mission.
