June Covid toll tops 50,000 Using 37 Percent’backlog’ deaths

NEW DELHI: Even as India’s next Covid-19 tide has been steadily decreasing because mid-May, over 50,000 deaths in the virus have already been reported at the first 16 days of June, which makes this month that the toll currently the next highest following May’s.
On the other hand, the narrative of Covid deaths in June is somewhat complex.
At the 17 days of this month (with Thursday’s deaths included ), the nation’s coronavirus cost has improved by 52,538.
