New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to direct further into the executive area and rejected the pill journey looking for Covid Door-To-Door vaccination, while reminding the applicant that the court had nudged the government to announce free universal immunization over 18 years.

Judge Chandrachud’s LED bench said SC had taken Suo Motu’s awareness of the situation of vaccination and Covid and was a national task force to fulfill the efforts of managing Covid situations and related issues such as vaccination.
The bench said, “Vaccination has been running quite satisfying and now it cannot be removed and ordered to be replaced with door vaccination to the door.” Advocates Sriram Parakkat, arguing for other pills, looking for a number of instructions including treating every Covid death as a case of medical negligence and providing appropriate compensation.
The bench is called prayer and relief sought as it does not make sense.
“It will be fat for the court to assume that all deaths occur due to medical negligence,” Bench said.
