New Delhi: General General WoE – ‘Pending Justice is justice rejected’ – has robbed district judges, which was recommended in February by Collegium SC to the center of appointment as HC judge, honor to rise to the Constitutional Court.

Even though the Collegium SC was led by CJI NV Ramana and consisted of Judge Lalit Law and Am Khanwilkar took the name that was returned quickly and rounded in their view to repeat all four names, left without choice but to bring down the name Anil Kumar.
Gupta, Jalaun District Judge in Orai, from repetition as a Gupta, even if appointed as HC Judge immediately by the repetition center, will have a short period of work for only four months.
However, Collegium reiterated the recommendation of the Varanasi District Judge by Tripathi, Etawah District Judge Umesh Chandra Sharma and District Judge Amroha Syed Waiz Mian for their appointment as Judge HC Allahabad.
After the names repeated by the Collegium, it is generally accepted by the center.
On February 4 this year, the Collegium consisting of CJI SA Bobde and Remana Judge and RF Nariman have recommended the names of 11 district judges – Mohd Aslam, Anil Kumar Gupta, Anil Kumar Ojha, Sadhna Rani (Thakur), Om Prakash Tripathi , Naveen Srivastava, Umesh Chandra Sharma, Syed Aftab Husain Rizvi, Ajai Tyagi, Syed Waiz Mian, and Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I – for an appointment with HC Judge.
While the President appointed seven of them as HC Judges Allahabad, the government returned the names of Anil Kumar Gupta, Om Prakash Tripathi, Umesh Chandra Sharma and Syed Waiz Mian in August to a reconervation.
