Sydney: Australian coach Justin Langer has taken negative feedback from his leadership style, facing the problems faced at the team meeting ahead of their West Indies tour, said Skipper Aaron Finch Thursday.
Langer was under a microscope after the defeat of Australia’s 2-1 test series to India in January, when the report emerged on dissatisfaction with the leadership style of “such as leadership”.
Finch Said Langer, who took over in West Indies for the first time since then, raised this problem at a pre-departure meeting recently.

Finch suggested a high pressure situation last summer and the nature of taxation from bio-safe bubbles contributed to tension langer.
“There is a combination of several things,” he said.
“Behind many bubbles too, he can use his assistant a little better and a little delegated.” But nothing is destructive – there are things that every player and every coach will reflect on themselves.
He is no different.
“He did a fantastic job.
The way he dealed with it and the way it was accepted by extraordinary players.” Australia arrived at West Indies this week for five twenty20s at St Lucia from July 10, followed by three people one day in Barbados.
They lost some of their top names, including David Warner, Pat Cummins and Glenn Maxwell, who all chose with fatigue after spending considerable time in bio-safe bubbles over the past few months.
Steve Smith was also absent when he struggled with an elbow injury.
