Kris Kris Kris Wu star was arrested Monday for suspicion of rape in a high profile case that followed the allegations of singers having sex with a 17-year-old child while he was drunk and lured young women into sexual relations.
The Beijing District Prosecutor’s Office in Chaoyang said in a statement of one sentence that Wu’s arrest was officially approved but did not provide the details of the accusation.
Wu, 30, previously rejected the accusation by a teenager who had sex with him when he was drunk.
The accusation prompted out the conduration of online sympathetic comments for teenagers and criticism of Wu.

The teenager said seven women contacted him to say former Korean Exo boy band members seduced them with job promises and other opportunities.
He said some under the age of 18 but did not provide an indication whether there was a younger than China from 14.
Wu, known in Chinese as Wu Yifan, denied having sex with partners under 14.

Wu was arrested on August 1.
While the police conducted an investigation into responding to online comments that he “repeatedly attracted young women” to have sex, according to a police statement at that time.
Wu grew up in Guangzhou in China and in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The police said he was a Canadian citizen.

The teenager published its allegations on social media and later in an interview with the Internet Portal Netease.
The day after the interview appeared, at least 10 brands including Porsche and Louis Vuitton broke the ratification and other offers with Wu.
