Yavatmal: Prashant Dehankar, LPG Gas Dealer Kalamb, 22 km from here, pocketed a global patent for his discovery – a trolley carrying two LPG cylinders at a time – from the German Federal Republic.
An entrepreneurial engineer, Prashant named the new ‘sarathi’ equipment that not only saves money and time but also helps minimize human burden.
Speaking to Toi, said Prashant, “a trolley can carry two LPG cylinders at once.
This will help avoid the wearing of cylinders and save money to maintain the cylinder.” Prashant has found many new gadgets for Indian oil corporations and most of them are used in warehouses and previously plants throughout the country.
The new Patent demonstration was held at the LPG agent in the Washim district recently and it received great praise from dealers and corporations.
Meanwhile, the head of the work of President Cornelia Roodlof Shofar from the patent office and the German trademark approved new equipment and gave a global patent to Prashant.
He got guidance from the IOC Nilesh Thakre sales officer and Zonal Head of Anil Mehar manager.
Equipment will soon be marketed throughout the country, said Prashant.
Prashant gave credit for success to Father Muralidharrao Dehankar as the recipient of ‘Krushibhushan Purascar’.
The diligent environmental prashant has planted thousands of puppies under the social forestry scheme around Kalamb.
He also produces more than a dozen documentaries about the theme of education and motivation and acting in it which is then given to the IOC.
