Mangaluru: Hindu JAGARARAN VEDIKE (HJV) on Tuesday issued ‘Veer Savarkar Rath Yatra’ in Putture, condemning the incident where the Indian Social Democratic Party (SDPI) prevented the Habaka GP independence day program.
Yatra who starts from the Temple of Sri Mahalingeshwara, peaked at the office of the GP Kabaka.

A memorandum was handed over to Mangaluru City MLA Selatan Vedayas Kamath looking for actions against SDPI members.
Kamath said: “The government is committed to act against those involved in anti-constitutional activities.
Those who opposed the independence day program in Kabaka were no different from those involved in violence in Afghanistan.
Those who violate the sovereignty of the country will be punished according to the law,” he added .
