Jaipur: The leader of the country cuts party lines has stated shocked over the death of the General Defense Staff (CD) of Bipin in the helicopter falling in Nilgiri Hill in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.
Governor Kalaraj Mishra said the incidence of losses that could not be improved for the nation.
