Thane: Kalyan and Dombivli twin cities in Maharashtra Regency continue to report a surge in fresh Covid-19 cases, and simultaneously, swimming in new recovery.
On Thursday, the cities recorded almost twice the case of Coronavirus than release, because 61 people were tested positive for infection, while 33 patients recovered.
The highest number of new cases emerged in Kalyan West (20), followed by 17 in Dombivli East and 11 in Dombivli West.
Kalyan Timur saw nine new cases, and two cases each reported in Manda-Titwala and Mohane.
Also, one more person gave up on a virus on Thursday.
The total number of recovery at the corporate limits of Kalyan Dombivli is now at 1,38,477.
At present, 689 people underwent treatment for Covid-19 in twin cities.
