Thane: Kalyan twin cities and dombivli in the Thane Maharashtra district have watched a stable graph of Covid-19 case over the past few weeks.
On Friday, cities report 73 new Coronavirus cases, according to the latest data provided by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC).
Also, two more people give up on infections within the boundary of the civil body.
Of the 73 new cases, the maximum 27 reported from Kalyan West, followed by 22 in the East Dombivli.
Nine people were tested positively in Kalyan East and West Dombivli.
The Manda-Titwala area saw two cases and four positive people in Mohna.
The KDMC zone is the worst hit in the Mumbai Metropolitan region of Mumbai (MMR), but even later, twin cities have shown a high recovery rate.
In the last 24 hours, 63 people recovered from the virus, and the number of people who have been healed so far has increased to 1,35,655.
At present, 839 people undergo treatment within the KDMC limit.
The authority of the civil body has been commanded to remain vigilant at all times and ensure the compliance of the strict Covid-19 protocol in the region to keep residents safe against the wave of the third infection that will come in the state.
