Thane: Twin cities Kalyan and Dombivli in Maharashtra District reported 43 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday.
According to the latest data by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), most cases appeared in Dombivli East (17), followed by 14 in Kalyan West, five in Kalyan East 10 and four in Dombivli West.
Two people were tested positively in the Manda-Titwala region, while a new case was reported in the Mohane region.
Also, two more deaths were reported within the KDMC limit.
On the other hand, 66 people recovered from infection on Saturday, took the total recovery to 1,40,772.
At present, 501 patients underwent treatment for Covid-19 in Kalyan and Combined Dombivi.
