Kalyan: Kolsebadi police from Kalyan have arrested a 29-year-old man a few hours before his wedding for allegedly abusing a woman.
The marriage should be held in his village in the Amravati district.
The defendant arrested was identified as Ajay Francis aka Vicky.
He works for trains in the technical department.
Police said Vicky was a resident of the Shivaji colony in Kalyan East.
“Vicky, for the past few months has a relationship with a woman based in Kalyan, who works as a manager at a wedding company.
The complainant in his complaint alleged that Vicky with the pretext of marrying him sexually and even experiencing children’s abortion.” Police said.

“The defendant then began to avoid it.
The victim in his complaint alleged that he was surprised when he studied Vicky would marry another woman.
He decided to approach the police Kolsebadi archive FIR 376 (cheating),” police said.
Bashir Shaikh, Senior Police Inspector KoSewadi Police Office said, “After registering fir, we sent our team in Badera in the Amravati district where on Wednesday morning the team caught Vicky before a few hours of marriage in the afternoon.” The police were then accused of accusing Kalyan, where they produced the defendant in front of the Kalyan session court, which sent it to police custody.
