Lucknow: Former Chairman of the Minister of Uttar Pradesh Health Kalyan Singh deteriorated on Sunday night, a day after a dramatic increase in his blood pressure triggered a mild heart attack.
Singh shifted to Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) from Manohar Ram Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIs), where he was in the ICU since Saturday.
