Margao: War Words have exploded between the Goa Party Forward (GFP) and Pramod Chief of Pramod Sawant after the last one took Umbrage to the President of the GFP Kriran Kandolkar’s Eulogization statement of West Benggal Minister Mamata Banerjee by comparing it with Dewi Shantadurga.
Kandolkar on Saturday said that it was very important to bring the goddess “Durga” West Bengal to Goa to kill the ‘Narkonym’, he said, the BJP government has realized.
The GFP has hinted that it would bind with the Trinamool Banerjee Congress, but Kandolkar stopped Banerjee’s naming in his speech.

In sharp Riposte, the main minister said that Gouops will find the comparison of this Shantadurga with humans “unacceptable and insulting.” “Devi Shantadurga is Aradya Daivat (Dewa Principal) Goa and is highly respected here.
