This came a day after the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) filed a complaint against the actor.

The actress has been ordered based on section of 295A (intentional and dangerous actions, intended to make angry feelings of religion anywhere by insulting religion or religious beliefs) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) and further investigation into progress, an official tells PTI.
According to officials, the complainant in this case was Amarjeet Singh Sandhu, a Mumbai-based businessman who was part of the DSGMC delegation that handed over complaints on Monday.
In a statement, Sandhu accused the actor to make an insulting statement against his community in a post on Instagram.
After filing a complaint, the DSGMC delegation, led by Manjinder Singh Sire, a leader of Shiromani Akali Dal (Sad) who is also the president of the organization, has met the Minister of Home Maharashtra Dilip Walse Patil and Mumbai Police Action Action, and demand action against actress.

In complaints, the DSGMC said that the actress intentionally and intentionally described the protest of farmers (Kisan Morcha) as a ‘Khalistan’ movement and also nicknamed the Sikh community as a ‘Khalistani terrorist’.
He also made a reference to the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, he said.
