Kangana Ranaut’s actress has invited the problem with her controversial social media post because she has been ordered for hurting religious sentiments in Mumbai on Tuesday.
In the complaint Amarjit Singh Sandhu, a member of the SRI Master Singh Sabha Gurdwara (SGSSGC) committee, Dadar, Mumbai; Kangana’s actress has been ordered based on section 295-a (intentional and dangerous actions, intended to prevent religious feelings from any class by insulting religion or religious beliefs) from the Khar Police Code (IPC) in Khar Poline.

SGSSGC Amarjit Singh in support of Jaspal Singh Sidhu, the highest council president of Navi Mumbai Gurdwaras first filed a complaint against Kangsana at Khar Police Station on Sunday, on the day when the actress allegedly made unpleasant posts on Instagram and Facebook.
The complainants have accused Kangana ‘spreading communal hatred and targeting one community (Sikh) in particular, insulting farmers who protested and freedom fighters’.
Earlier on Monday, the delegation of the Gurdwara Delegia Management Committee (DSGMC) led by Shiroman Akali Leader Manjinder Singh Sire had reached Mumbai and filed a complaint against Kangana and met the Minister of Maharashtra Maharashtra Dilip Wawah Police (ACP)) Sandeep P Carnik to demand action against him.

On Monday, the Parbandhak Committee Shiroman Gurdwara (SGPC), President Amritsar Aunt Jagir Kaur also demanded registration of cases against Kangana and direct arrest.
While talking to TII by telephone, Amarjit Singh said, “When they watched an unpleasant position from Kangana Ranaut, they had submitted a complaint against him on Sunday and also gathered outside his residence in Khar to protest.
Finally, Maharashtra Police have registered.
Against it in our complaints on Tuesday.
We will pursue this case and ensure Kangana’s arrest.

Reacting to registration of cases against Kangana, Sanda said, “Kangana was urged time and again did not make such a statement against the Sikh and protested the farmer but he did not hold back from spewing poison.
