According to reports, the reason behind the reasons of multiplex is that the chain insists on the minimum minimum exclusive theater window in the middle of the Covid-19 outbreak.
The same scheme is currently being followed by newly released films in theaters, such as Akshay Kumar Starrer ‘Bell Bottom’ and Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Chehre.’
While the maker ‘Thalavii’ had previously planned to go for quick release given the pandemic situation, then they accepted the condition of the theater owner.
This film will release September 10 as announced, and the booking for the film will open soon.
At present, the theater is permitted to operate with 50% occupancy throughout the country, because the rules are strict because of the Covid-19 outbreak.
