Mumbai: Maker actor Kanganana Ranaut to transfer complaints back to Javed Akhtar’s lyrics to other judges rejected by the Esplanade court on Saturday.
Rizwan’s lawyer Siddique Rancanut said he was not surprised by the command.
“The same court was previously held before Metropolitan Judge Andheri was not biased in his approach, therefore we at least expect something different in the order today about my client’s criminal complaint that was the introduction to Mr.
Javed Akhtar, for violations of extortion and his insults simplicity,” Siddique said.
He added that he would challenge the order before the session court.
On Friday, the Ranaut moved the court session to challenge the command of the Esplanade court which rejected his request to transfer complaints of defamation Akhtar against other courts.
Quoting bias, Ranaut previously said that he lost faith in the Metropolitan Metropolitan Court Andheri who heard the case of defamation.
However, in October, the Head of the Additional Metropolitan Tribe at the Esplanade Court rejected his transfer.
The Ranaut Revised Application was submitted before the Dindoshi Court session said that the Esplanade court failed to appreciate that the judge heard a defamation case had misused his strength to cause intentional injury to him.
