KANPUR: A child 13 years of allegedly raping a girl three years in the environment in the area of ​​the police station Bidhnoo Kanpur district.
The incident occurred on Sunday but came to light when the girl’s parents filed an FIR on Monday.
In his complaint, the girl’s father said he went to work on Sunday and his wife and daughter three years of being at home.
At night, children 13 years of neighbor lured his daughter into his house on some pretext when he is alone, he added.
“The child was playing a raunchy video on mobile phones and raped my daughter.

The girl’s mother saw the bleeding from her private parts and tell her grandparents who also live nearby, said police officials.
