Kanpur: The day after the State Government stated the CBI probe into the death of Canpur Manish Gupta businessman in a hotel in Gorakhpur, a special investigation team (sitting) suffered to investigate the case reached Gorakhpur on Saturday and began an investigation in this matter.
The team, led by ACP Anand Tiwari, first reached the hotel in the Ramgarhtal Police Station area.
Other team members are DCP (South) Raveena Tyagi and additional DCP (West) Brijesh Kumar Srivastava.
It reached the Hotel Palace Krishna along with the forensic team and opened the room number 512 from the hotel where Gupta Manish had lived with his friends, and began investigating.
