Kanpur Metro Project: Track work finished until SPM STN

Times News Network Kanpur: The track put a job in the priority corridor of the Kanpur Metro project – between IIT and Motijheel, has reached the SPM metro station.
In that distance, Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRC) has put a 3.5km track including up-line and down-line.
Between IIT and Motijheel, about 18 km long lanes must be placed including both lines (9km each for up-line & down-line).
The trajectory put a job at the mainstream priority corridor starting on May 11 with the first casting crossover near the IIT Metro station.
Some long rail meters are being prepared with the welding segment of 18-18 meters.
The priority corridor is fully increased and the plants used for welding rails have been installed on the main bridge.
At present, there are two factories in operation, where one factory is installed a truck and can move on the bridge.
This plant is called Flash Butt Welding Plant.
Meanwhile, the first corridor must be built between IIT-K and Naubasta, depots that are being built in the government polytechnic.
To execute trials in the priority corridor in November, the Metro engineer team aims to complete the Metro Depot at the end of August.
The trajectory works on the depot is ongoing at a fast speed and so far around 65% of the work has been completed.
As many as 18 lines must be placed on the depot, where 12 has been placed.

The signaling, telecommunications system and electricity is also installed.
We move forward towards the test target Try in the priority corridor in November with full partnositives.
