Kanpur: Pocso Court rejects a rape guarantee tree accused of Nitish Rajpoot

Kanpur: Special Judge Pocso Act Court, Kanpur Nagar, Rajveer Singh on Wednesday rejected the guarantee application accusing Nitish Rajpoot to exploit and squeeze a little girl.
The defendant in his guarantee application claimed that he was innocent and had been involved in this case when he refused to marry the girl.
He also claimed that the girl was an adult and the date of birth was mistaken in the form of high school.
In addition, medical reports also did not confirm that there was a sedative that had been given to him.
He begged to release him safely because he was in prison since February 17 and did not have a criminal history.
According to Onkar Nath Verma, the Special Prosecutor, the defendant for the first time had met the girl at the wedding function where he somehow obtained his cellphone number and his address.
He then called the girl at his house with the pretext that his mother wanted to meet him.
He then gave sedatants in cold drinks and after consuming him when he lost his common sense, he physically exploited him and made a video clip of the action.
On the basis of the clip, he will repeatedly rapidly.

The judge in the order of observing, “Given the fact and circumstances of this case, and without commenting about the advantages of the case, the court has come to the conclusion that there is no enough place to provide guarantees, therefore guarantee applications are rejected”.
