Kanpur: Police Commissioner Asim Kumar Arun came out of the routine to help the elderly couple, who was allegedly attacked by their sons and daughters and thrown out of their homes in the Choker area.
He accompanied the old couple to their home on Saturday and gave them ownership of their room locked by their only son.
Arun then verifies the prime facie charges that the old pair is allegedly attacked by their son and his wife and ordered firmly against them and sent them to prison.
The incident was revealed on Sunday after the video of the police action became a viral on social media.
Two months ago, Anil Kumar Sharma from K Colony had a dispute with his son Abhishek and daughter-in-law for some problems.
After that his son and son-in-law were allegedly beat him.
The elderly couple had submitted a case against their son and daughter-in-law at the Chake Police Station.
Even after this, their harassment by son and daughter-in-law did not stop.
For one reason or another, the elderly pair is harassed by their son and daughter-in-law.
Troubled with harassment, they also complained to the police and East DCP but were all in vain.
Two days ago, the son and son-in-law were allegedly beating them and pushing them out of the house.
Not only this, they put the key in both rooms after packing their items.
The couple who was harmed approached the police commissioner.
On Saturday, the police commissioner called the elderly pair to his camp office and took him to their home.
He unlocked their room open in front of him.
After this, he had sent their son Abhishek and daughter-in-law in police custody for attacking the elderly pair.
Late at the same night, Chakei police ordered sons and daughter-in-law under the violations of peace and on Sunday produced them in court and sent him to the trial prisoner three days.
“This is a lesson for everyone who behaves badly with their parents.
In this case, even though a case has been submitted against the son and daughter-in-law, they did not improve their way.
Now, they have been arrested and sent to prison under the violation of peace .
If similar complaints are accepted, strict action will be taken, “Arun said on Monday.
