In Rs 9000 Challan was sent to Khalid, traffic police had imposed several parts under motorized vehicle laws which included a penalty under part 184 of motorized vehicles acting to use cellphones while driving, penalty, section 129 of the rules of the central motor vehicle and parts 121 from the rules of motorized vehicles to drive two-wheeled vehicles without helmets.
The Traffic Police Inspector (Technical) Vinod Yadav, which issued Challan told reporters that the problem was the old one.
“The Challan of the man was issued on April 23, 2021 after the video became a viral.
When some challans issued on young people are waiting, the number has increased to Rs 9,000,” he added.
