BENGALURU: The high court on Thursday asked the state administration to not declare the outcomes of 2nd PUC new candidates, until the expert committee included on the dilemma of marketing policy vis-a-vis repeaters/ failed applicants chose in the situation.
A division bench headed by Justice BV Nagarathna passed this arrangement following the state authorities and Pre University Education division filed a professional committee was constituted to explore the matter of different types of repeaters.
The seat pointed out that because statistics of 1st PUC marks of repeaters being accessible ( excluding personal applicants ),the state authorities could consider their situation on level with freshers,who’ll be encouraged with no examination, entirely on the grounds of 1st year PUC operation.

The court is hearing a PIL filed by a single SV Singre Gowda secretary, managing breach of Jnanamandira Education Trust, Bengaluru.
Petitioner has maintained that repeaters/failed 2nd PUC applicants have been made to write evaluation following the easing of Covid scenario,whereas new applicants are encouraged with no evaluation,on the effectiveness of the 1st PUC marks and exactly the exact same is discriminatory.
