New Delhi: Karnataka became the first country in the country to implement 2020 national education policies with the education minister of Dharmendra Pradhan and CM Basavara Bommai virtually launched a university and university acceptance module in accordance with new policies on Monday Pradhan said the state had set an ideal example for the country – Another management in the implementation of the NEP-2020 and has become a laboratory in policy implementation.

“If successfully implemented, the policy will free the education system from the vertical silos, compartmentalization and closed jacket structure of the teaching and learning process,” he said.
He also announced a tablet PC will be given this year for those who join the first year’s degree course.
Minister of Higher Education CN Ashwatha Narayana said, “NEP will break down obstacles and unite the art of science, curricular-extra-curricular, development of theoretical knowledge skills etc.”
