BENGALURU: Karnataka chief minister BS Yediyurappa on Thursday declared expanding lockdown to get a week in June 7 to June 14 to include the Covid-19 disperse.
“We had previously declared strict limitations from May 24 to June 7 to include the spread of Coronavirus.
Although the ailments have decreased, the spread of this disease remains on.” “It’s been decided to expand the limitations with a week after the recommendation of specialists till June 14 afternoon,” Yediyurappa informed a media conference.
The curbs are in effect since April 27 however from May 10, the Chief Minister declared a shutdown until May 24 morning.
But, it was extended until June 7.
