Karnataka: Lack of Official Nod Leaves 55,000 on Trialing Waiting Lists

Bengaluru: With the case of Covid-19 Karnataka which increased doubled for the past month, state monitoring and monitoring efforts also increased to ensure medical infrastructure was not overwhelmed.
From the Fresh Triaiging protocol for the spread of 10,000 Medicos for tele-trigging, the state strives to keep the lid.
However, technical disturbances have achieved a triating process, which results in thousands of patients remaining on the government waiting list.
Trigging is very important because only after patients are filtered in triating centers are treatment mode – home insulation or hospitalization – decide.
On 4pm on Sunday, 55,306 patients were on the waiting list.
This is because the case of T Here has not been implemented by the application of each district (DSO) supervisory officer.
Dynamic waiting list and approval waiting for F or only 33,000 a week ago.
Of the total cases like on Sunday, Bengaluru alone has 41,024 on the waiting list, followed by MySuru, Tumakuru, Dharwad and Mandya.
Together, the five regencies contributed 47,961 or 87% of HE 55,306 pending cases.
However, officials repeat that no patients who need medical care have been denied facility because of this problem.
“All such cases have been attended by priorities.
But this problem needs to be addressed,” said a senior health official.
A senior official from the State Supervision Unit (SSU) in the Department of Health and Welfare of the family said: “After laboratory testing produced a positive Covid-19 report, DSO had to accept it and said the patient actually belonged to their respective districts.
Only after this was done that another process was done Like triating and treatment begins.
“The official, who is also a doctor, added that the lag in DSO approval was due to technical disruptions in the special portal they used to give the agreement.
“This problem has been brought to my notification and we are in the process of handling this,” said Randeep D, the health commissioner.
The official showed that, before, DSO had direct access to the ICMR portal.
However, this access was withdrawn after the second wave of infection.
The Ministry of Health, said Randeep, works to restore access to the ICMR portal.
“It would be better to give them access.
While the ICMR portal is not a place for them to give their approval, it certainly helps them get the overall picture of the situation of the pandemic in their districts and they can see what challenges need to be addressed and so on,” SSU officials said.
The trial of crucial tools has become an important tool in the state strategy to overcome pandemics, because it allows authorities to prevent people from beds that do not need to be occupied for Covid-19 patients, while also eliminating fear between patients.
Given that Omicron, the new variant of SARS-COV2, only causes mild infections and with most of the patients without symptoms, the government also urges people not to panic.
Health Minister K Sudhakar said on Saturday that some people were looking for inpatient because they panicked even when they were asymptomatic or slightly symptomatic.
Insisting that the right counseling will help reduce unnecessary burden on health infrastructure in the state, Sudhakar said: “We have a process to regularly monitor their health in house isolation.
We utilize services around 10,000 medical students, teeth and ayush.
About 500 Experts support the system.
During the second wave of around 1.
