Bengaluru: Vaccination of students who pursue higher studies began on Monday, said Karnataka Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar.
“There are 24,37,732 students pursuing higher studies in the state.
We begin their vaccination from today.

According to him, the center has warned the state government to be suddenly locked.

“The Technical Advisory Committee has tried to find out whether the second wave is over.
This question arises because the infection decreases due to locking.
To assess the situation, we will need at least a week,” said Sudhakar.

The Minister said Maharashtra had a 11 percent infection rate regarding the existence of whether it was the third wave or still a second wave.
Speaking of vaccination drives, he said at an average of four to five lakh people who were vaccinated every day.
