Bengaluru: A 42-year-old Madrassa teacher has been sentenced to a rigorous prison and fined Rs 30,000 by the Tumakuru court to spite a 13-year-old boy six years ago and threatened him.
Judge N Krishanaah from a special court also directed the District Legal Service Authority to compensate for the boy with Rs 5 Lakh.
Mufti Musharaf, Native Uttar Pradesh, working with Madrasta near Amalapur in Tumakuru when the incident took place on April 17, 2015.
It was up to two days later when the mother visited the boy in Madrassa.
The boy broke down to see his mother and asked him to bring him back.
He explained to him how he was harmed by the teacher.
Complaints with the Tumakuru rural police station was submitted and Mushhafar was arrested under the IPC 377 section (unnatural violations), 506 (criminal intimidation) and children’s protection of sexual violations (Pocso).
Special Prosecutor Gayathri said statement by the boy and his mother during the trial helped to punish the teacher.
Eleven eyewitnesses, including Madrasah administration officials who have registered the boy, overthrow their statement.
Musharaf took the boy to the Tumakuru train station with the pretext of buying a ticket up.
As a rule, every day, the presence of wards in the madrasa will be taken at 9:30 a.m.
On April 17, 2015, Musharaf told the boy that he would need help in the translation at the station because he did not know Kannada.
Musharaf took it in his bicycle and, to reach the train station, said the vehicle was running out of fuel and they had to stay in the nearest hotel.
“In the hotel list, he mentioned his name and the boy.
After committing a crime, Musharaf took the boy to the next morning and dropped it back to Madrassa.
He returned to the hut and emptied the room.

Immediately after complaints, the police subdued the boy and musheraf to the medical test.
