But the man who took a video of a boy panicked ran behind a towing vehicle, pleading with traffic police and the pulling staff to restore his bicycle, had been slapped with a notice by the police.
The video became a viral after being posted on social media by Twitter’s handle, rising for rights.
It was shot by a team member who ran the handle.
Traffic police claims videos present different versions of reality.
This case was investigated by DCP ranking officers.
Traffic police sources say the shipping version of the boy is different from what the video looks for to be described and therefore a copy of the recording has been searched.
“We received communication from the police department on Monday night.
They asked for the video and we sent it.
We have a lot of video towing staff who don’t follow the SOP.
We tell the police about other videos too.
If someone is wrong, we will install all videos before the public.
However, CM is said to have issued instructions to revise SOP.
So we have decided to hold them back, “said Hemant K, the team leader rose for rights.
“The towing vehicle should be equipped with a camera.
Let the police check all videos than to ask us.
As soon as we volunteered we found the incident, he began recording video.
How can someone shoot video directly from the beginning of the incident?” Hemant said.
Commissioner with Police BR Ravikanthe Gowda said in the incident shown in the video, a crane vehicle had made an announcement before pulling a bicycle.
“We have a video to prove this.
Furthermore, the driver came behind the vehicle and the staff returned his bike without taking money.
The driver also told us it.
The video was deliberately edited to show the police with a bad light.
We have presented a notification to people Uploaded it (Gundagal Harish Gowda) and will act legally to him, “he said.
