Karnataka reported 330 COVID-19 cases, 4 deaths

Bengaluru: Karnataka on Sunday recorded 330 Covid-19-19 cases and four deaths took cumulative infections and deaths to 30.00.435 and 38.257.
In the Covid-19 bulletin, the Ministry of Health said 304 people had run out, took the total recovery to 29,54,817 while the active case reached 7,328.
Bengaluru Urban remains the main contributor to the Covid case as 205 fresh infections and three deaths reported in the city.
Other districts also saw new cases including 40 in Kodagu, 15 in Dakshina Kannada, 13 in MySuru and 11 in Shivamogga.
Apart from Bengaluru, one death was recorded in Bidar.
There is no fatality in 29 districts.
The level of participation for that day was 0.27 percent and the case mortality rate was 1.21 percent.
A total of 1,18,696 samples were tested in the country including 1.03,516 RT-PCR tests on Sunday, taking the cumulative number of specimens checked as far as 5.46 crores.
The state reached 63,870 inoculation took the total vaccination carried out so far to 8.03 crores.
