Karnataka reported 559 Covid cases, 12 deaths

Bengaluru: Karnataka has reported 559 new cases of Covid-19 and 12 deaths, taking the total number of infections to 29,62,967 and the death toll be 37,529, the Ministry of Health said on Tuesday.
That day also saw 1,034 release, taking the total number of recovery in the state as far as 29.09,656.
Of the 559 new cases reported on Tuesday, 231 came from Bengaluru Urban, because the city saw 302 release and 4 deaths.
The total number of active cases in this country is 15,754.
While the level of participants for that day reached 0.52 percent, the case mortality rate (CFR) was 2.14 percent.
Of the 12 deaths reported on Tuesday, five came from Dakshina Kannada; Bengaluru Urban (4), Kodadau, Shivamogga and Uttara Kannada (1).
Among the districts where new cases were reported, Bengaluru Urban contributed 231, Dakshina Kannada 87, Udupi 57, Mysuur 28, Tumakuru 24, was followed by others.
Bangaluru Urban District Peak the list of positive cases, with a total of 12,41,870, followed by MySuru 1,76,940 and Tumakuru 1,19,716.
Among the release also, Bengaluru Urban sustained a list with 12,18,673, followed by Mysuru 1,74,065 and a 1.18,000 tumaku.
Cumulatively a total of 4.55,19,587 samples were tested in a state so far, where 1.05,645 was tested on Tuesday.
