Bengaluru: The Karnataka government plans to introduce a model rental action in the state, aiming to end the tenant owner’s dispute within two months and help the renting sector.
Revenue Minister R Ashoka told reporters here on Thursday that 23 lakh houses were empty Bengaluru at this time and said the rental law tweaked – had been brought in – would help the owner and rentals would soften a little.
