Karnataka: ‘Udupi in a box’ explores tourism outside the temple, beach

Udupi: Is there more to Udupi than religious tourism and beach? How about carrying sweet memories about the temple city in the box? With this idea – placexplore lab – tourism incubator intended for community-based tourism and travel experience has been launched.
The program is organized by urban vision, Red Dot Foundation Global, Udupi Tourism and Mangaluru City Corporation with the support of Vital Voices Fortune Mentoring of the United States Department of State Program.
Experimental ‘Udupi In a Box’ – Memories – Consisting of products made of GI tag goods from the udupi district or in this case a health shot and juice featuring local flowers such as Blue Pea (Shanka Pushpa), Hibiscus and Jasmine.
