New Delhi: The Supreme Court has requested a response of the Karnataka Government and a MBBS student after recording the candy of a woman who is looking for a revival of rape cases submitted by her who violated after the settlement that she agreed to marry her.
A bench consisting of the Rights of Sanjay Kiswa Kuli and Hemant Gupta issued a notification to the state and defendants and directed them to submit their reply to the petition within one month.
The petition, which was submitted by the suspected victim, claimed that the defendant cheated him to believe that he would marry him, while simultaneously practicing fraud in creating a situation, including requests to oppress marriage.
The petition was submitted by Advocates Siddhartha Jha against the commands passed by the Karnataka High Court, which has occurred in September last year canceled the trial in Fir which competed with the alleged rape of MBBS students between 2017-2018, after the compromise was reached between the complainants and the defendant.
