Ludhiana: The woman, who accused the Lok Insaif Party MLA Singh Singh Bains estimate her and her legs helped her, had asked the election commission to direct the police Ludhiana to arrest the defendant.

He said it was clear that the police worked under political pressure and deliberately helped the defendant.
Bains have avoided arrest since registration of FIR, so the necessary actions must be taken against it when he roamed freely and held a public meeting and demonstration and enjoyed the security of the police, he added.
