Gurgaon: Expressing fears he may be killed in a fake encounter or directed by his own rival Binder Gujjar’s guys, gangster Kaushal has filed an application in a Gurgaon court trying sufficient safety, daily wellness checkup and video-recording of his own journey for hearings.
Kaushal is now in the custody of the Gurgaon authorities in connection with a murder case.
Binder, on the flip side, is headquartered in Bhondsi prison.
While Kaushal has registered the software in the neighborhood court during his attorneys SS Chouhan along with Rahul Chohan, his mum has also filed a request to the Haryana CM, the home ministry, along with also the Gurgaon police commissioner expressing concerns for his son’s lifestyle.
“There are apprehensions that the investigating officer in the event may resort to third degree torture or kill him in an experience in collusion with members of their rival group,” Chouhan, the counselor for Kaushal, told TOI on Friday.
Kaushal also has urged the court to provide instructions to the investigating officer of the case to run his wellness checkup every six months until he is in police custody.
“He’s prayed before the judge to guide the cops into videograph his travel in the Gurgaon police lockup into court for hearings or another location.
The court has, however, declined this request, however, let his medical evaluation according to legislation,” explained Chouhan.
Binder Gujjar, Chouhan explained, was recently changed to Bhondsi prison by a prison at Mumbai.
“Gujjar had previously eliminated among his competitors and that he would do exactly the same using Kaushal, his arch rival,” he explained.
On June 15, the Gurgaon police took Kaushal on creation remand from Hisar prison in relation to the murder of milk owner Manish (24), a resident of Basai.
On February 22, Manish moved to pickup an SUV out of a buddy in Firoz Gandhi Colony if he had been shot dead.
The offense of Sector 17 detained two youths — Yogender (24) of all Sahjawas village, along with Sanjay Panchal (31) of both Gandhi Nagar at March — in relation to the murder.
The duo told cops the murder had been arranged by Kaushal.
