KCr to launch Dalita Bandhu in Vasalamarri today

Hyderabad: Taking everyone surprisingly, chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday announced that the Dalita Bandhu scheme would be launched from Vasalamarri Village adopted in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Thursday.
CM said Rs 10 lakh each will be deposited to the 76-family account in the village.
The scheme was supposed to be launched at the Huzurabad pollop-bound in the pilot on August 16.
CM interacts with a village resident during his visit to Turkapally village in Vasalamarri in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Wednesday, the Village, The CM said the government would release Rs 7.6 Crore for the scheme and the number would be saved into the Dalit family account from Thursday.
“The Dalit Protection Fund will also be made in the Constituency of the Constitutional Assembly.
Vasalamarri will be a role model in the implementation of Dalit Bandhu and will be developed on Erravelli Village,” KCR said.
However, the buzz in the political circle is that CM hastily announced the scheme because the Indian Election Commission (ECI) is likely to announce the schedule for MLC polls and the elections of Huzurabad immediately.
“If the schedule is announced, the government cannot officially launch a scheme as a model behavior model will immediately apply,” said the source.
CM previously announced that the Dalita Bandhu pilot project would be launched in Huzurabad and held an orientation program for 412 Dalit from the constituency a few weeks ago.
He even faced criticism from opposition parties on the launch of the scheme in the face of Huzurabad Bypoll.
Explaining about Dalita Bandhu, CM said the scheme has been designed in such a way as to provide full wisdom to beneficiaries that do not need to pay well to the bank or to the government.
“The special monitoring committee will be consulted to guide beneficiaries and oversee the implementation of an effective scheme,” he said.
“There are around 100 hectares of soil surplus in Vasalamarri which will be assigned to the Dalit family,” he said and added that 2BHK houses would be subject to sanctions to poor homeless people in the village.
He also directed the Yadadri District Collector Pamela Satpathy to provide retirement sanctions to the beneficiaries of qualified.
When some people carry a notification of CM on a puddle problem because of the lack of a drainage system in the village, he directs the official to put the drainage pipe.
